Reservation Information

Building Rental Pricing

Rental of the building is from 4:00 PM to 10:00PM. The building must be vacated by 11:00 PM with all dancing and festivities ending no later than 10:00 PM.

  • Tuesday through Thursday $1,300.00
  • Friday and Saturday $1,600.00

Ceremony

Seating is available for approximately 100 guests.
  • Included are a rehearsal, hostess, and ceremony music $350
  • Ceremony Only (Available for a 3-hour block between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, no food or drink allowed) $600

To book your event date, a deposit of $500 and a signed Rental Contract are required. The paid deposit will be applied towards your final bill.

Dancing

  • Hardwood floor is available for dancing. $40
(DJ's may be brought in or you can use our sound system.)

Cakes

Cakes can be ordered at Carmelle through Schmidt's Pastry Cottage. Orders for Granite Bakery need to be placed at Granite.

Third Party Services

  • Ritz Tuxedos will conveniently pick up your tuxedos from Carmelle after your wedding.
  • Lori Bult, Floral Designer, will meet with you to design and personalize your floral arrangements.

Policies and Standards

Etiquette

You are responsible and will be charged for any objects which are damaged or removed from Carmelle. For health and safety reasons, rice, confetti, and bird seed may not be thrown either inside or outside of Carmelle. In addition if cars are decorated, please clean up the adjoining area. Dumpsters are available for placing debris so that they do not blow into surrounding yards. If not, a $50.00 fee for clean up will be charged to the wedding party.

Liability

Carmelle can not assume responsibility for the damage to or loss of any merchandise, or for theft of articles left in the building or parking lot prior to, during, or following an event. All dressing rooms are locked during your event and we suggest you use them to store valuables.

Alcohol/Smoking

Alcoholic beverages are neither served nor permitted onsite. We also require that all guests refrain from smoking in the building and garden areas.

Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Payment must be made in the form of a cash or check. If payment has not been received by 2 weeks prior, it must be made in the form of cash or cashiers check. Credit cards are not accepted.
